I have NO mods installed, and I've REINSTALLed 4-5 times in different locations. It MIGHT work for a day, and then I restart and it's fucked again.
Windows 7, 64 bit. I've tried setting gta_sa.exe to run as admin, as well as samp.exe. I've also tried setting samp.exe to run in compatability as windows 98/me. Nothing works.

1. Reinstall GTA SA and SA-MP into a different directory.
2.Rename your current directory.
Rep me if I helped!

Make sure all the files are in the same exact file on your desktop, if that doesnt work, try to use the downgrading patch if its on a disk, i have never heard of a problem like that. Hope it works out for you!
