Anyone know that if i can edit Interiors or not? i mean can i add objects in Interiors that we use in player class?

Yes, you can edit or make your own using The MTA map editor.

How should i select the interior which i'm using at PlayerClass? or where can i find the interior coords i can place objects xD?
