Server side vehicles? - Dripac - 20.03.2012
Is this possible? So the players wouldn't be able to get cars to their position if they use cheats

No, it's not possible, at least I don't think so. The thing is, whenever you spawn a vehicle, it has a unique ID (check /dl in game) and if I'm not wrong, cheats programs, teleports the vehicles according to that ID. So, no 'server side' vehicles.
