Read only error? - Printable Version

Read only error? - Duck - 19.03.2012

*** YSI Error: INI_Open could not find or create file /citizens/John_Doe.ini

I think this has something to do with read only? Though when I turn the read-only function off, it automatically flicks back on read only and thus can't write files.
How do I solve this? I tried disabling UAC and giving full control to the folder and it just flicks back on read only.
