i am having run time error 19 how to fix that..!! File or function not found..!! i have loaded all plugins..

If it's linux server, do you have the .so plugins ? sscanf.so streamer.so and so on. Also the .so files in the plugin folder.

If you missed anything in scriptfiles then also it can happen like this.

runtime error 19 means the error is in your gamemode which prevents you to choose skin selection on server entrance
try compiling your gamemode with no errors or warrnings.
