debug130.sh: line 1: 9665 Aborted ./samp03svr
I am getting the above error issue. If this could please be resolved, that would be great.
Anyone know what fix for this is?

Sounds like there is a problem that needs fixing... I dont no how to fix it so i dont know why i am here...

i don't see anything wrong with lines 9665 and 222, if you said that it involves the sscanf plugin; try to re-install the plugin and see what happens.
when you're sure the it's the sscanf that's causing this problem/error, check out this thread:
