My SA-MP keeps crashing during the loading screen.

You using 0.3d r2 install?
Get just 0.3d!

I tried different versions already. I'm thinking its something in GTA SA directory.

I'd say that you need clean GTA.

Reinstall GTA And SAMP Client and try again without any mods

Rename the "Grand Theft Auto San Andreas" folder to "Grand Theft Auto San Andreas2" It will work. Add a rep if I helped.
