I've ran into CityNetHost before, the only issue I've come across is their network.
It's not great, putting it nicely.
Try running a traceroute to their website. I've heard some cases whereby people from Egypt had their connection routed through France/Germany first before returning back to Egypt.

Aside from that, you probably don't need the 2Gigs of RAM, or that amount of bandwidth.

I actually purchased a VPS from them around 5-6 months ago just to mess around with ($2 VPS, lol). About a week later it went offline and never came back. Never really looked into where it went because it was so cheap, but just letting you know.
