I got the server but in my computer there is working but when i gave my friend ip in his pc isn't working, can you tell me whats the problem?

which ip did u give? And did you do Port Forwarding?

You are using a hamachi IP, let your friend get hamachi too.

To make your own game mode, you would need to learn to script it in pawno.
Or you can just search the forums for a game mode you want.
