Just wondering if anyone is going to make one.

I can't find a way to add 0.3e objects at all.

I've been working on one. I'll give you it but remember, it is VERY basic, has no proper error checking and very simple saving/loading/exporting.

Jernejl map editor works with the new objects. It loads all the models from the SAMP ipl file. New or not.
