I read the sticky, it didnt work. I have the downloadable version from gamestop. Please help me guys!
I have the newest version of samp and I think the newest gamestop sells... I have no SanAndreas disk, just to clarify

Try using the downgrade patch, its at www.sa-mp.com. There at the top is the downgrading patch.

open sa-mp.exe and click settings at top and find your gta sa folder.
Also this happens due to bug sometime,so re-try to connect again.

If you downloaded it from Gamestop, then it you most likely have the Steam Version (Version 3.0) ****** on how to patch GTASA Steam Version. Take note that it is not the simplest thing to do, but it is possible. ****** it.

Check the file size of your gta_sa.exe file. It should be 13.7MB, if it's not then you may have a corrupt or incomplete file. Me and my friend Cap1 were working on this for days on his new pc he bought and it just kept loading the single player and a white screen then nothing. Well he noticed his old pc had the full 13.7MB gta_sa.exe file (that worked), and his new pc had one that was 8MB (didnt work). So he copied the full gta_sa.exe file from his old pc and sure enough it loaded up multiplayer immediately!! Try it!!

It doesn't matter the size of game.! upgrade gta san adreas to version 1.0.And then upgrade to SAMP 0.3x then run it
