How do I get the animations that don't push you away from an object when you try sit on it?

EG:

When I do /sit, I get moved off the object. Where as I've seen on some Servers, that the person actually sits on it.

Also, how do I create my own animations? :O

You cannot create your own animation.

you can only create SA anim's you cannot create your's own
