Try Cops & Robbers servers. In the SA-MP 0.3d Client, look for the servers having mode as 'Cops & Robbers' or 'Police n Terrorists', etc.

As I stated, use your SA-MP client to list the Cops & Robbers servers. Try Hosted as well as Internet list. You may also use server monitors like SACNR Monitor to list the servers of CnR.
