Well the title states it all. I can't for some reason access the NGG Server. I can't ping it or anything. I have completely shut off my security and firewall and everything. I have checked with them and they said it wasn't a rang ban issue or anything like that. But when I move to a different IP I can access it no problem... Any ideas as to how to fix this issue?

I have this issue from time-to-time on certain servers. For some reason I can't see it ping it and if I am connected to it, I will time-out. Usually the issue resolves itself within 30 minutes though.

Try to check if it's still online or just keep trying :P I don't know what the problem is then. Got any mods?

What SA-MP Client version do you have? And what client version is the server on?

This can happen when you are range banned at the adapter via windows firewall, the computer that the server is hosted from will simply not respond and will appear to be offline for you and anyone else within that ip range.
Contact the admins/owners of the server via their forum/website and notify them of your issue..
