[BUG] 0.3e RC3 - Cuff Action doesn't work for CJ Skin - Memoryz - 13.03.2012

Can anyone else confirm this?

The cuffed Special Action does not work on Skin ID: 0 (CJ)

When I change my skin to another one, such as 171, it works.

I thought it didn't work at all (but I have only used CJ skin). So I guess that's the reason it didn't work. I'll test with other skins, but so far I have had no luck applying that special action to CJ.

EDIT: Just as I changed the skin, the cuff action worked. So yes, I can confirm it doesn't work on the CJ skin.
