I have two little questions related to the servers Skins SA-MP:

Question 1: Is it possible to do a policeman hats that everyone can see that the policeman policeman's hat - like in the mod pack.

Question 2: Is it possible to do a cop's skin on the server as the LS-RP as there is in this picture:

Is it possible and how can you do this, I want to add it to the My Mode.

Question 2: Is a skin mod?
