Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error - cl3v3r - 09.03.2012

I get this error when i connect to a server
I haven't done anything, but I've been getting this error for 3 days.
At first, game worked well without problems, but 3 days ago I connected and since that day I'm getting this error:
"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."
I've also tried reinstalling the game, but nothing chanded

I ask someone to help me, especially the developers of SAMP, because they programmed this game and they should know the source of this bug.

I had same problem a long time ago. Nothing fixed this problem, until i created a new account in Windows and try to run SA-MP from there.

1) 0.3d
2) Win XP SP3
3) Ati Radeon x300 Series
4) No one server works.
5) Runtime Error.
I said it in the main post.
6) Normal GTA:SA isn't crashing at all.
7) No mods installed except SAMP.
