Faction Problem - Soulbad - 08.03.2012

Hey guys today i have another problem :/, I am using Stevo's Cnr gm and i decided to make swat as a faction where swat rights are given by admins. The thing is Swat now is like a civil and also a cop, they can rape,etc and also cuff people and i set the color for swats to be cyan and yet they stay white.

If anyone can help me i will give rep as i have tried so long to fix but couldnt find the issue.

If anyone can do it for me on teamviewer, leave a reply and i will pm tv details
