Attaching a Kevlar Vest? - Dokins - 06.03.2012
How do I attach a Kevlar Vest correctly without it being weird, like sitting perfectly? I've been trying to tweak it perfectly, Like on NGRP you can have a vest.
I've Been using SetPlayerAttachedObject.

just mess with the offsets till you get it in the position you want, you can try attached object editors
