[Need help] How to make this? (Make a text "Pizza: 0/1" - JeroenX - 06.03.2012

Hello, i made a pizza job,
But.. i saw on another server this:



Now i was wondering, how to make a text like that. it won't dissapear until you did the pizza job,
I think it's nice so people can see how much pizza's they have to deliver,
