When ever I do /call with my script it does the animation

SetPlayerSpecialAction(playerid, SPECIAL_ACTION_USECELLPHONE);

But usally he holds a cellphone in his hand , The one from SP , but he has nothing in his hand ? How would I make it so he has the cellphone in his hand ? thanks
