U can PortForward your server too.So when u start the ''samp-server.exe'' of ur server the ur frineds can join server (THIS WORKS ONLY WHEN THE SERVER IS PORTFORWARDED) if i helped REP me up plz!!

But best way is Hosting Server For 24/7 I recommend www.jihost.co.uk because it cost only 0.12$ Per Slots
