I use SA-MP 0.3d R2 Client, and comes up Retrieving info.....

If the server is running from your localhost try to connect to :7777

is not my server... the server is hosted.. in other players works, but for me No...

Maybe it isn't a 0.3d Version ? maybe it is a 0.3b or a 0.3c ?

Some thing in connection path is blocking it check your firewall try using a proxy or something.
if it doesnt goes from Retriving info..
then try this
samp://<yourserverip>
press enter
