C_DIALOG
This is mostly a simple Filter script which added some basic commands to the server coz i have seen many Filter Scripts by new users who make those commands thing with the help of SendClientMessage so here is the thing you should see and make things like its also for many new servers and servers owners mostly for beta i think this will surely help you if you like it plz give me a reputaion

Create something like mine something like a vehicle system that saves in y_ini/dini or whatever that would be cool

i always want to create that but can some one teach me any of one things that saves accounts
like dini y_ini or many others i motly have problems in those coz they are too complicated and learning them by seeing a Gm is too difficult and rbits i dont even get a thing in it
