Hi, is there a way to remove the standard money textdraw? like completly remove.

You can't That HUD is a part of GTA:SA itself, not really much of a SA-MP client. You can get creative with Textdraws however. (:

Try putting a black textdraw over it and put the writing from your cutscene on it

Like the dude above me said. You can use black text draws as the black part in a cinematic scene.
