Dude, no one will be able to help you, if you give so little information.
We don't even know what your /relog command should do.
But btw, script requests should be posted in the Script Request topic

It's impossible to make a command that disconnects the user and makes him/her reconnect automaticly.
The command to make a person logout and log back in, would depend on the account system you're using.
But why would you need to logout a person, to log him back in right after that (useless ??)
