Well i got a streamer for my samp server but i want to know how to stream like music from ******* or from my computer can you tell me how/

You mean streamer plugin ? Streamer plugin is not for audio streaming via pc or internet or any other medium, you can use PlayAudioStreamForPlayer native function or you can use incognito's audio plugin as an alternative.
