is there any way to cancel the godmod given when a player presses ESC?

There is. That is scriptable.

No you can't. SA-MP stops OnPlayerUpdate checking when player is paused.

in 0.3d esc is removed that is player is still palying even he press esc so checks can be ,
but real pause occur when he minimizes / alt tabbed the game
so..

It has been reverted due to too many bugs with it.

There is no solution for your problem (other than writing your own multiplayer modification for GTA:SA).

I can suggest you to teleport AFK players to a location and teleport them back when they come back.
