Holsters + Vest on having armor? - Supercop - 02.03.2012

Yo

I've seen this on another server and I'd like to know how to script these.

- When a player has a weapon but its not in his hand it should spawn on the back/side of the player.

- When a player has 1 or more armour, a kevlar vest should spawn at his body (the police vest)

The second one seems easy but how about the first one?
