SA:MP crashing on load - FiReAlEx - 28.02.2012

1) SA-MP version EU 1.0
2) Windows version Windows 7
3) Video card type NVIDIA GT 220
4) IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on 188.165.252.63:7816
5) If you are crashing, paste the crash report in your post and say when the crash occurs 0x0040FB80
6) If you are crashing loading SA-MP, please say whether GTA:SA single player works (test it) GTA:SA Single player works.
7) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles No, gta3.img is totally clear. No CLEO mods even.

I've reinstalled GTA SA because it was full of mod, when i reinstalled-it, I can't play SA:MP, I reintsalled SA:MP but still not working, please help me. I read the tomozj' s help topic, but didn't work. Thanks.

Run SA-MP as an Administrator or install GTA SA (and than SA-MP) in another directory like My Documents.

This happened to me, what i did was like Pooh said, i Ran SA-MP as an Admin, also, did GTA:SA come up when you clicked it? (CTRL + ALT + DEL ) and (PROCESSES) If it did, try restarting the computer and run it again.
