There is no answer too the question you have asked. It all depends on how popular the servers are, scripts being optimized, etc.

If you are looking to sell servers, sell them for what you can make a profit on.

As Abbott said, it all depends on how your script functions.

If your script is more memory-intensive, you would want a machine that has more memory... and so forth.
