Team Balance Help - SpiderWalk - 26.02.2012

Hello everybody.I fixed team balance.But i get other problem.When player press F4 and he choosing team he can join without Team Balancing.And i need one public.And if someone know how to make it please reply.I dont know how to fix it.

Remove player from the team on every death and then re-set his team back when player spawns by looking up the skin ID.
