0.3c objects daytime - BrandyPenguin - 25.02.2012

I'm making new Filterscript and have question about 0.3c objects.
I'm using object ID 19294 but when it's daytime it appear in game, when i change nighttime objects are visible.
Is there way to be visible in daytime? Or they are nighttime objects?
