Tried & why i dont use:
Vortex Roleplay 2 - IDs bugged to 0
Vortex roleplay 1 - Not very user friendly
Ravens Roleplay - Not my liking

Vortex 2 FTW You have to use 0.3D Not 0.3DR2 R2 Has Bugs etc......So make sure to run 0.3D only!

Maybe you could fix the ID 0 Bug by Updating your sscanf.dll or if your running a linux sscanf.so and make sure you'll running with 0.3D RC2 sa-mp server...
