I welcome,

The simple question whether it will be possible to dismiss small squares and triangles of vehicles from mini of the map as well as from the radar?
Or to do so that they aren't visible?

And whether it will be possible somehow to block the access to mini of the map or her to cover or to change the map for entire grey removing from the position the server?

I dont think thats possible either but if it is try using sprites. It may work
