Hello everyone,
I wanted to know whether you can create a skin (what software?) My intention is to exchange a shirt, pants, shoes, crap like that.
And how can you put it that the server can see?

Modes can be done to vehicles and serve everyone to see?

Skin can be done as a policewoman players in LS-RP and just let everyone see it?, As in LS-RP? No need to download any mode?

Your .dff files and .txd files are saved in your gta3.img file on your own computer. Therefore it will never be possible for everyone to see your skins. It's not possible to install skins on the server so that everyone sees them.
