Just a message to let you know Max_pain is scamming people.

I got scammed by 10 usd. He claims he never got the payment:

You can dispute the charge and get it back.

Oh? Well that is a bummer then.

Make sure to try to avoid this in the future then.

Also, you could get the money back from your bank (cause it came out of your bank account) and say that it was not authorized to come out. But the major downside to that is paypal limiting your account cause of you saying that to your bank.
