MSVRC100.dll - Franco Falcone - 18.02.2012
I downloaded this to get the .dll im missing for Runtime error 19
64bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en....aspx?id=14632
But once i install it, its still missing, do you know where I can retrieve the .dll from the program ?

I have had the same before. You musn't install the 64 bit version. You should install the 32 bit. That worked for me, and it worked for a few other people (I think it was in the SSCANF2 plugin topic of ******).
It doesn't matter whether you have the 32 bit or 64 bit version -as far as I know-. I didn't notice any differences yet.

Got that now and the MYSQL stuff, but now when I run the samp-server...
It just loops repeating what it said before but with a different amount of vehicles loaded.

I dont know what the problem is, I dont remember this ever happening. Why its looping I couldnt tell you.

It seems it may be looping because there is an issue in the script? Possibly a function being called within itself, causing it to loop.
