Can anyone tell me what it means? I can't connect to irc.tl

Did you connect bots or something ?

Also, it could be because something happened to your connection and it created ghosts. Max users from same ip is 3.

Unless my computer is infected with spyware, then its probably my ISP, i'm only connecting myself to it, happened 5 minutes after I connected.
