Ping is high only on certain servers - tyler12 - 17.02.2012
hi guys,
my ping is 300+ on 3 servers and i don't know why
earlier today it was 1500+ but i don't know why iv'e restarted my internet, pinged the server, restarted laptop
still not working anyone got any other solutions?

It "may" be because u have a slow internet, or bad internet connection.

The Further Away the server the higher ping. For instance server hosted in the UK would give you better ping, than a server hosted in United States.
Also major downloads on your computer or background program that are using the Internet may be increasing your ping.

my ping use to be under 50 just today it went up like there was no tomorrow

Two factors is Location and sometimes your internet.
Most likely in this case, its the location of the server. but if it was a lot lower before then it may be your internet which in that case contact your ISP about that.

This Happens alot to all players
This is Because
If you have Wi-Fi
Many Devices are connected to the Wi-Fi
If Wired
Its Because of the Distance Between the Local Host and You.

goto game monitor and check for servers near you live.
