hi guys. i wanted to know which mysql is the best and fastest one!

second: which irc plugin works with 0.3d ?
and which irc chat you recomment ?

First question: a) MySQL plugin or b) MySQL Server?
a) Go with BlueG's plugin.
b) Version 5.6 can be downloaded somewhere from mysql.com

Second: the IRC plugin by Incognito. Recommended to use FocoHub network. All major servers are there, as well as SA-MP's official channels. (eu.irc.tl or us.irc.tl)
