I am not sure, I bought a VPS in the past to run my webserver and sa-mp server, i was wondering if these specs were any good for a sa-mp server which takes 1/4 of the RAM, I know I need more bandwith, but, I think these caused my SA-MP Server to crash

It looks fine to run a SAMP server, as long as your not running anything memory-intensive.

The bandwidth concerns me though, cause if you have a good player count you can chomp right through 250GB

And you may be wanting to look for atleast 2 cores.

It should be fine to run a SA:MP server depending on the size (how many players you have, etc). As for using Apache on it, isn't such a good idea.
