when i press to samp-server to start server its get unknown becouse its say in samp-server (MSVCR.dll is missing from your computer please reinstall program)

You need to install the C++ redistributable package which includes those libraries.

Download the one that corrosponds with your Operating System architecture.

I have the same problem, I installed Visual C++ Redistributable but nothing happened
