[Scratch] RCON admin commands [zcmd, sscanf2] (Would be good for newbies) - Maxandmov - 14.02.2012
THE INTRODUCTION:
Hello, people! I've thinked about all those commands I made a lot of time ago, so I decided to release the filterscript because I don't use that. As it's easy to make, I've wrote some comments for people who started learning to script and in need of help. I hope it will help them a lot.

Okay I'll change it but I don't think I can change it more than just like changing the look.
