Very Basic Fuel System - iDeal - 13.02.2012

Does anyone know where I can get a VERY BASIC fuel system.
Like under the Money Thing it displays the Fuel or somewhere and you just go to a gas station and /refuel.
I searched ****** and can't find one, all the ones I find are either outdated or have a engine system aswell.
