Dialog Help - [XS]Scarface - 12.02.2012

hey guys what are the problems that makes a dialog stop or keeps it from working?
like for example : garhouse system by garsino:
the buying dialog : "buy","cancel"
when i use buy the dialog disappears and nothing happens :/
so can anyone tell what could be the problem? thanks
