I am looking for a decent base script to start working on, My server is going to be a strict roleplay in Bonecountry - Fort carson, Can anybody suggest a script to start with?

An empty script. Making your own gamemode from scrath, is still better than editing an existing script.

There is a Lost Roleplay script with a small custom island.
My suggestion is to take it and continue scripting, you can make a big island where you can also buy cars (jeeps) and a lot more stuff like in movies, it will be interesting.
Or if you don't want "LOST ROLEPLAY", you can start with a Basic Roleplay script, there are some of them in the gamemode section.
My job here is done.
