Hello I'm tried to find one object but I can't see them in mta list.Can anyone tell me what's object id is this speed radar?

MP2 True, why it does not exist.
it is an SA:MP Objectid for 0.3c.. maybe something wrong on your isvalidobjectid funciton..
or maybe you use MTA that doesn't have SA:MP Objects

18880, SpeedCamera1, SpeedCamera1, 150, 0

It is a SA-MP 0.3c object and its ID is indeed 18880 as MP2 said

My mta is the newer version and doesn't have speedcamera1 ? :X

Obviously MTA dosent have SA-MP objects. But you can change some objects in order to use them
