I think this should help you out: http://gtamap.delux-host.com/converter/
All you need to do is to paste the code or open the file that contains the mapping, then choose from the list "PAWN Code for SA:MP" and your code will be converted.

You will find the code generated under the Textbox where you wrote your code. Just select it with your mouse and Right click then copy it and paste in your .pwn file. It's easy and doesn't need all of that.
