Hy guys , If their a fucntion to reset menu items

I am adding menu items on a cmd but when i use cmd once more it add same item again.

I can understand the problem but is their any way to reset items??

basically I want to add item for different situations....

Like:

if(vehid = 0)
{
//add these items
}
if(vehid = 1)
{
//add these items
}
if(vehid = 2)
{
//add these items
}
